AQSENSE invited to the 3D Technology day 2012

The newly formed European Imaging Academy will held its first UK event this 29th February at Weybridge, Surrey. The Mercedes-Benz World will welcome the world leading machine vision companies to the 3D technology day for a day full of theoretical and practical training in machine vision.

As with the 2011 similar event, held in Munich, STEMMER IMAGING will join the most important 3D actors on a one-day event aiming to obtain an overview of the current 3D industry state and explore new applications and markets.

Companies assisting will obtain quality information to be used on machine vision, network opportunities and direct training from the world leading 3D experts. The presentations will be covering the following topics:

• High-speed laser triangulation in industrial applications
• Dedicated software algorithms for 3D point clouds
• Innovative line lasers for industrial imaging
• Fringe light projection with practical examples
• 100% surface inspection of parts
• Optical 3D measurement systems for checking of form, completeness and surface.

AQSENSE has the pleasure of have been invited again and will be there presenting the latest additions to SAL3D, the standard cloud of points acquisition and manipulation library.
