products and applications are designed for delivering high performance
Speed:
Alignment and comparison of dense
COPs in fractions of a second.
Flexibility: Change
between digital models with a single mouse click. High
accuracy regardless of the object's size. There is no need for
mechanical fixtures or accurate possitioning systems, because
alignment
is done mechanically.
Completeness: No
interference or delay in the production line due to inspection. COPs
can be built as dense as needed, just scanning from different
perspectives and adding the views to the model, align and compare is a
matter of 1-2 seconds.
Integration: Camera based
optical measuring systems can be integrated in robot cells or the
measurement head can be attached to a robot arm ensuring consistent
measurements in a fully automated measurement solution. Furthermore,
inspection data can be fed back into the manufacturing process for an
integrated Statistical Process Control
